Day 295 of 365

Today was spent baking. AJ came over at 6. We took the boys to school and then came home and started baking. Aunt Chelsea and Emma made brownies. We also made pumpkin cheesecake, M&M krispy treats, chocolate fudge cake balls, and orange creamsicle cupcakes. The whole day was spent baking. When Josh got home we ran to the store to get a few last minute items. Josh cleaned up the house and Aunt Chelsea got the kids in their costumes. Everyone came over at 6:30 for our Halloween party. The kids had so much fun! They ran around, played legos and monopoly. They loved the whole night. Everyone left around 8:30. The kids were exhausted and were asleep in just a few minutes. We had a great Halloween party!

Day 294 of 365

Today was busy, busy, busy. AJ came over early. We all took the boys to school. We came home and got everything ready for our MOPS Halloween party which was hosted by my neighbor Jenny and I. Emma and Parker got all dressed up, Belle and Buzz Lightyear today. We went over to Jenny's for a little bit, had snacks, played with friends, and talked. Then we walked over to our house and made a craft project- a pumpkin man. All the boys loved playing with all Parker's cars. We had a great morning! We had to leave the party a little early to pick Cooper up. We played, colored and ate lunch. Then we had to go get Carson from school. Both boys had fun days. After Josh got home and AJ went home we headed out to the Pumpkin Patch. All the kids had a super fun time there! We got pizza on the way home, ate, and finished up homework. It was a fun-filled day! And now, it is almost 9:00. Josh is already in bed and I'm headed there now!

Day 293 of 365

Today was a great day. AJ came over early. The kids all had great days at school. Everyone was so excited for Aunt Chelsea's arrival today. When Josh got home from work he took Emma and Cooper to the airport to get Auntie. Parker, Carson and I stayed home and picked up alittle. Later we went to Carson's Cub Scout meeting. We went on a walk and made leaf rubbings. Carson had so much fun! When we got home everyone else was back already. The kids had fun staying up a little bit later. They had so much to tell Chelsea and they wanted to tell her everything all at once.

Busy, Busy, Busy

Clearly we have been busy. We are stilling doing something Halloween related each day, just some things are not blog worthy. The next couple of days are going to be busy, busy, busy!

Today: AJ is here all day, Aunt Chelsea flys in at 4:45, Carson has a Cub Scout meeting
Thursday: AJ is here all day, my neighbor Jenny and I are hosting our MOPS Halloween party, after school we will be going to the Pumpkin Patch
Friday: AJ is here all day, we have our big nighttime Halloween party
Saturday: Josh has to work very early in the morning, its our last full day with Aunt Chelsea so we have to do something fun
Sunday: Church in the morning, sadly we have to take Aunt Chelsea to the airport after, pedicure with Abbi, possibly going to the MOPS and pops dinner

Should be a very fun filled couple of days!

Today AJ came over at 6:00 again. The boys got ready for school. They were tired this morning. Cooper had the share bag at school, which he was very excited about. Carson had a good day at school. He is really doing well in math. He loves it! Emma, Parker, AJ, and I went to our MOPS meeting. Emma and Parker had a great time in their "class". AJ was a perfect little baby and slept through 1 1/2 hours of the 2 hour meeting. We ate breakfast, talked, and made really cute beaded serving spoons. After MOPS we rushed to pick Cooper up from school. This afternoon the Josh and the boys watched the end of the Giants game. We had dinner. Eli, Jeff, and Jenny stopped by for a little bit. The kids watched a Halloween movie about a mummy. Parker loved the mummy. He couldn't stop laughing! He is so silly.

Day 291 of 365

Today our day started early. Josh was up at 4:00 to get ready for work. I was up at 5:00 to get ready for AJ at 6:00. The boys were both up before 6:00 because I was up. I'm not using up before them unless AJ comes over early. The boys had great days at school. Josh and I have been talking about getting a bale of hay for decoration. On his way home there happened to be a few huge bales of hay that must have fallen off a truck. Josh stopped and threw one in the back of his car. It is a huge bail of hay!! He is so funny! We had pancakes for dinner, again. The kids and I went for a little walk before bed while Josh washed his car and cleaned up dinner. We are all looking forward to our fun and busy week!

Today was a nice relaxing day. Josh and I celebrated our 11 year dating anniversary! I went grocery shopping. The kids played the wii and colored. I made pumpkin pie with homemade crust. For dinner we had BBQ herb chicken and homemade cheddar cheese beer bread. The kids went to bed early and Josh and I got caught up on some of our favorite TV shows.

31 Days of Halloween- Day 17

To celebrate Josh's & I's 11 year dating anniversary I made a pumpkin pie with homemade crust. Now we are just waiting for it to cool off!

Abbie's 7th Birthday Party

Carson has been looking forward to Abbie's birthday party for a long time. He set out his outfit early in the morning. Of course he wanted to dress up. Abbie's birthday party was at a roller skating rink. Carson has never rollerskated before. He fell a lot but had fun. I have to say watching him try to skate was a constant heart attack. I was so scared for him. He did great though. Happy 7th Birthday Abbie!

Today was a fun day. We had donuts and a big breakfast this morning. Josh cleaned the house, the couch, and even under the couches. Carson and I went to Abbie's 7th birthday party at a rollerskating place. This was Carson's first time skating. He fell a lot but had a great time. He had been looking forward to the party for a long time. After the party we came home. We all had pizza and watched the Giants game. They won!

Day 288 of 365

Today was a busy day. The kids went to school wearing their new school tshirts. Friday is always red shirt spirit day. After lunch, Emma, Cooper, Parker and I went to Parker's hearing test. Parker did great and his hearing is just fine. After the appointment we came home and got all the costumes laid out. Carson got home from school. 10 minutes later Abbie called him. They talked for almost 30 minutes. So cute! After dinner the kids all got dressed in their costumes. It was 92 when we tried to take some pictures outside. I only took a few, it was hot. At 6:00 we headed over to the school for the monthly Cub Scout meeting and special Trunk-or-Treat. We decorated the car during the meeting. After the meeting the kids got to go car-to-car collecting candy. Oh my, we have a lot. We didn't get home until almost 8:30. They were tired but had a super fun night!
