We made brownies and everyone came over for dinner. When Grandpa got home from work the kids snuck outside for a few minutes. They just love playing in the backyard.

Day 86 of 365
Today we got donuts, of course. The boys spent the morning playing the Wii. They had a ton of energy and are felling all better. We spent the afternoon cleaning the whole house. For movie night we watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. They said they liked it better than Raiders of the Lost Ark. They are so excited to watch the next one. They are so funny!

Day 85 of 365
Today after 12 hours of sleep, the boys are doing much better. Cooper still has a little fever and is still a little out of it. Carson has energy and is happy. We spent the afternoon playing the Wii again, so you know they are feeling better. We had our usual pizza night but the kids didn't eat much. Then we made popcorn and watched Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. They have been playing Lego Indiana Jones on the Wii so they really wanted to watch the movies. They really liked the movie, which I thought was pretty funny considering it was made the year I was born. We had a fun movie night!

Day 84 of 365
Today everyone wasn't feeling very good. Emma and Parker weren't too bad, just a little crabby with a runny nose. Carson was out of it but insisted on going to school. Cooper was the worse. High fever and runny nose. No fun! We watched a movie and rested. Carson had his Open House night at school. He had been looking forward to it for weeks. We couldn't miss it. So, we loaded up on cold medicine, bundled up and headed out. Carson was so proud of all his projects. He showed us all around the class. He taught us about seeds, butterflies and farms. He read a whole book to us. He is doing such a great job in Kindergarten! I am so proud of him!!! The boys fell asleep in the car on the way home. They were in their beds and asleep at 6:40.

Day 82 of 365
Today we ran a few errands. We picked up Toy Story 1 and 2 and saved $34 in the process. We mailed Josh a box of goodies. When we picked Carson up from school he wasn't feeling very good. He was just out of it with a snotty nose. We came home, had lunch, watched Toy Story 2 and Batman Returns. Carson started to feel better after some cold medicine. Tonight we watched another episode of Minute to Win It. The kids even tried some of the games. It was very funny to watch them try to bounce pencils into a cup and try to get an oreo on your forehead into your mouth using no hands.

Day 81 of 365
Today we tackled shots. I have been putting it off, but Cooper had to get his in order to register for kindergarten. While Carson was at school we headed out to the base. Cooper had 4 shots. He didn't cry at all. He was very brave. Emma had 1 shot and she cried. Parker had 4 shots and he freaked. Cooper and Emma freaked because he was screaming. They would so scared for him. Kind of sweet. At least we got it over with. After school we had lunch and colored. After dinner we colored some more. Then we watched another episode of "Life". This time they cracked up watching the flying fish. The boys were on the ground giggling so much!

Day 80 of 365
Today was grocery shopping day. Carson and Parker were very well behaved. However, Cooper and Emma are constantly fighting over who gets to sit in the cart. I had to get cleaning supplies and laundry soap, so we ended up spending more than usual. I did save $89.70 and earned $30 towards a purchase at Kohls. The kids helped make our Sunday night dinner, BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, and an oreo pudding pie. The kids loved the pie. Carson, who never likes pie said it was the best pie he has ever had. That made me happy. After we got in our pj's we all watched "Minute to Win It". This show has quickly become the kids favorite show. They can't wait to try some of the games themselves. They want to have "game night" next week when we head up to Portland. After that we watched the premiere of "Life". The kids have always loved animals shows. We watched the one about reptiles and amphibians. There were some pretty funny parts and some really cool frogs. They loved it and can't wait to watch the next episode.

Day 79 of 365
Today we all went out to get donuts and coffee. After breakfast we talked to Josh on the computer. The kids were so happy to see his face, especially Parker! Then we headed out to Target. They had a great sale on kids clothes this week. Everyone needs some new summer clothes. We got 13 shirts and 9 pairs of shorts, and 4 skirts. The original price was $116.00. After my coupons we paid $62.00!! That is less than $2.50 each. We still need to find Carson some shorts, but I think it was a great start. We played outside a little. We watched Harry Potter and then folded a mountain of laundry.

Day 78 of 365
Today was a beautiful Friday. Carson had a fun day at school. Cooper earned back the wii. Emma has a bad cold, which is rare. We had our usual Friday pizza night. After we had our pj's on we walked down to Cameron's to hang out for a little bit. We have lots of cleaning to do this weekend, no fun!

Day 77 of 365
Today Nicole watched the kids while I ran to Target. It was so nice to have a break, even if it was 25 minutes. I even got to drive Josh's car, which I love. Nicole and I went through some of the boys old clothes and found some cute baby clothes for her. After Parker's nap we all went to the park for about 2 hours. It was only 75 and breezy, but everyone was bright red and hot. We are such wimps. We only have a few weeks of the 70's then it will be in the 90's or higher until October. Parker was so brave. He climbed on everything by himself. He went down all the slides, even the steep ones. Emma had a great time but didn't like the big boys running from her. Carson, Cooper and Cameron had so much fun in their own little boy world. It was a great day at the park!

Day 76 of 365
Today was a fun St. Patrick's Day. Carson had a great day at school, claiming is was the "bestest day of school ever"! It was sunny and warm again. We watched Astro Boy again today. Both boys really like that movie. Its pretty funny to watch them watch the movie. They just laugh and laugh. We had french toast for dinner. All 4 kids every last bite, a whole loaf of bread! We made a special green cake for treat, which of course was well liked!
Happy St. Patrick's Day
