Parker just loved this ride!

- We got into Disneyland an hour early, so we started at 8:00am.
- In that hour we went on 5 or 6 rides.
- By 9:00 we split up, Josh took Carson on Indiana Jones, Grandpa took Cooper on the Matterhorn twice, my Mom and I took Emma to meet the Princesses.
- We had breakfast and then went on the Rockets and Buzz.
- Then we took everyone on the Matterhorn, even Parker. Parker didn't cry but he said he didn't like it.
- We met the rest of the gang at 11:30 and ate lunch at the Blue Bayou, the best restaurant in all of Disneyland!
- My Aunt Stacy made an appointment for Emma at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Emma absolutely loved getting her hair, nails and makeup done. She just looked gorgeous, so amazing and beautiful. My Mom told her she could pick out a dress, anything she wanted. She picked out a Princess Tiana t-shirt and skirt, because she knew Cooper would like it. She looked just like a Princess!
- We went to California Adventure and went on Screamin', Soarin', the Fun Wheel, and met Woody.
- We tried to go on the water ride again, but it was having technical difficulties.
- We went to Disneyland to get spots for Fantasmic. By the time the show started the kids were all asleep except for Parker and Jack.

Disneyland- Day 2, Nighttime

Waiting for the Fireworks, he took his Buzz everywhere he went and on every ride.

Emma played with Uncle Dan and Piet while we waited the brave ones to go on Tower of Terror.

We all fit in one boat on It's a Small World, all 12 of us! Parker and Emma loved, loved, loved this ride!

All wet after going on Grizzly River Rapids, our first time. My mom, Carson, Cooper, Uncle Kurt, Ryan, Katie and I all went and fit on one raft. We went on it again right away. It was so much fun. Carson and Cooper loved it! Carson and Uncle Kurt were so soaked! It was so nice staying at the Grand Californian because we ran right up to our room and changed.

Disneyland- Day 2

- 7:30 ate breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen.
- Cooper had a special birthday cupcake and everyone sang Happy Birthday.
- Took the monorail into Disneyland and got there right at opening, 9:00am.
- Josh promised Cooper he would take him on Space Mountain first. This was his first time on the ride. He didn't cry but said he needed to be older to go on it again.
- Went on Autotopia.
- Went to Toontown before it got too crowded and hot.
- Met Mickey and Goofy. Emma met Minnie.
- Ryan, Katie, Jack and Uncle Kurt met us in Toontown. Jack, Carson and Cooper went on the Roller Coaster with Uncle Kurt, Grandpa, Ryan and Katie. Carson and Cooper loved it, but not Jack.
- Went on It's a Small World".
- Met up with Aunt Stacy, Uncle Dan, my cousin CC and her boyfriend Piet.
- I got to take Carson on Indiana Jones for his first time. He loved it!
- Went on Pirates of the Caribbean then went to California Adventure.
- Went on Grizzly River Rapid. What an awesome ride. We went 2 times in a row and we were soaked!
- Carson and Cooper went on Tower of Terror for the first time. They loved it, especially Carson.
- Watched the Fireworks at Disneyland.

Disneyland- Day 1, We're Here!

Grandpa took Parker to see Mater and Lighting McQueen while the rest of us were on Soarin'.

Lunch time- World of Color picnics (they come with preferred sitting for the show tonight)

Disneyland- Day 1

- Got to the Park around 11:30.
- Went on Soarin' then had lunch.
- Went on Toy Story Mania, Parker clapped when it was over, he loved it!
- Josh, my Mom, Ryan, Katie, and Uncle Kurt went on Screamin'.
- Went to Disneyland.
- Went on Buzz Astroblasters, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
- Ate dinner at the ESPN Zone in the VIP room.
- Watched "World of Color"

Family Journal: Week 6: Feb.5th-Feb.11th

Saturday, February 5th: Today we got up early and headed to San Francisco. We got there pretty fast but once we got closer to AT&T Park the traffic was horrible. Josh dropped the kids and I off so we could get in line for the Giants Fan Fest. The kids and I were able to get in, walk around a little, play in some of the seats, and listen to the manager talk. That was about an hour, and Josh was still waiting to pay for parking. We decided to leave because it was just too busy. It was crazy. As we were leaving the gates closed, so Josh would not have been able to get in anyways. We went down to Fisherman's Wharf and did our usual San Fran loop. We ate lunch and played in the park. Then we came home and relaxed.

Sunday, February 6th: Today we decided to stay home from Church. Carson was getting a cold and we had a lot to get done before Disneyland. We let the kids hang out and rest all day. I think they enjoyed that and really needed it!

Monday, February 7th: Today Parker, Emma, and I went to Old Navy to get a few new things for our trip. Parker had fun shopping with Emma and I. I kept picking things out he liked. When Josh got home from work I ran to the mall. I worked on getting the laundry all done so tomorrow I can start packing.

Tuesday, February 8th: Today AJ came over early. I spent the day packing and making sure I had everything we needed. The kids are so excited to go tomorrow. They all went to bed early so that they have extra energy for Disneyland.

Wednesday, February 9th: Today Josh didn't have to go in to work at all. The boys went to school. We picked them up early at 11. Josh brought them home, we ate lunch, and then we hopped in the car and hit the road. We drove about 5 hours and stopped for the night. We ate dinner and then went to bed early.

Thursday, February 10th: Today we were up early and so excited to get to Disneyland. We left the hotel around 7:30 and got to our hotel, the Grand Californian Hotel around 9:45. My parents, Ryan, Katie, Jack and Uncle Kurt got there about 30 minutes later. Once we were all there we headed right over to California Adventure. We went on Soarin' then had our picnic lunch. We went on the Toy Story ride and then headed over to Disneyland. We went on quite a few rides. We ate dinner at the ESPN Zone and sat in the VIP room. Then we headed back to California Adventure to watch "The World of Color". It was an awesome show, so cool! Then we all went back to the hotel and went to bed. Carson and Emma slept with my parents. Cooper and Parker slept with us.

Friday, February 11th: Today we got up early so we could go eat breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen before the park opened. Everyone ate so much. We met Goofy, Pluto, and Sleeping Beauty. Cooper got a special birthday cupcake and everyone sang Happy Birthday. He was very surprised. Then we took the monorail to Disneyland. We went on Autotopia while Josh took Cooper on Space Mountain, like he promised. We went on a few more rides then met up with Ryan, Katie, Jack and Uncle Kurt. We met up with my Aunt Stacy, Uncle Dan, cousin Samantha and her boyfriend Piet. Carson and Cooper really wanted to go on Tower of Terror, so Josh and my mom took the boys. I refuse to go on that ride, so I stayed with Parker, Emma and Jack. The boys loved it! We went back to Disneyland and watched the Fireworks. Emma was asleep by then, but the boys loved them.

Headed out . . .

We are leaving for Disneyland in a few minutes. It is going to be a great 5 day vacation with my parents, my brother Ryan, sister-in law Katie, nephew Jack, my Aunt Stacy & Uncle Dan, my cousin CC and her boyfriend Piet, and my Great Uncle Kurt.
