Day 212 of 365

Today was a wonderful day. My mom and I got up early and went to a garage sale. We got Emma over 150 Barbie outfits for $20. She was so excited and so were we, Barbie clothes are hard to find. We came home and packed everyone up for the beach. We went out to Lincoln City. My grandparents were renting a little house on the beach. It was the perfect location! My brother Ryan and nephew Jack met us there. We played on the beach for a few hours. The weather was perfect- warm but not hot and no wind. The first hour Parker was terrified of the sand. My Dad finally got him to walk a little bit to me. After that I took him out on the sand and little by little he decided there was nothing to be scared of. He jumped in the water and ran around in the sand. He was so cute!! We had dinner back at the house and then yummy Dairy Queen. It was such a great day. I'm so happy the kids got to spend the day with their grandparents and their great grandparents!
